Wingspan Collection Prices
Spanning the length and breadth of the Consall Estate, The Tawny’s Wingspan Collection encompasses our distinctive: Shepherds Huts, Treehouses, Lookouts, Boathouses, and Retreats. Each is thoughtfully positioned within the natural contours of this spectacular estate, which features five lakes and rolling valley views. Included in your rate is a complimentary mini bar, private outdoor spa bath, bike hire, folly trail and use of the outdoor pool.
Fledgling Cottages Prices
Enjoying a secluded area of the expansive Basford Estate, The Tawny’s Fledglings are our luxury serviced holiday homes, offering the freedom of a self-catering retreat without compromising on indulgence. Every detail has been carefully considered to blend countryside charm with effortless luxury.

Saturday Nights can only be booked as part of a minimum 2 night stay.

Q: What time is check-in/check-out?
A: You can check-in from 3pm and check-out is 11am for our Wingspan Collection. For Fledglings and Owlets, check-in from 3pm and check-out at 10am.
Q: How can I book a dog-friendly room?
A: Glade Huts, Lookouts, Valley Treehouses, Owlets and Fledglings are dog-friendly, please email the Reservations Team.
Q: Why can't I see any availability for the dates I've chosen?
A: There might be a 2 night minimum stay on those dates. Select a 2 night stay and see the options available.
Q: I want to stay in a Boathouse and I'm flexible on dates, can you help?
A: Yes! If you want to stay in a specific room type and can be flexible on dates, please email the reservations team and we'll chat through availability.
