On the adjoining Basford Estate, our Fledglings represent the height of luxury serviced holiday living. Thoughtfully positioned in a secluded setting, each offers unique exceptional features, including private swimming pools, cinema rooms, saunas, and indulgent spaces designed for total escape.

Also set on the Basford Estate, The Owlets provide a relaxed and intimate self-catering countryside escape. Each Owlet features its own private garden and outdoor space, with access to a beautiful communal heated outdoor swimming pool, nestled in natural surroundings.
