Christmas Eve
Tuesday 24th December 2024
From 2pm to 3.30pm on Christmas Eve, we invite you to get into the festive spirit by joining our carol singers in The Plumicorn restaurant. We'll serve a fragrant mulled wine with canapes and your cheeks will glow in anticipation of all the festive fun ahead.
Your room will be ready for check-in from 3pm onwards.
Christmas Eve
In the evening, we invite you to enjoy a sensational meal in The Plumicorn, we'll be decking the halls and adding extra festive cheer with our sensational live singer.
Whether you choose the 6pm sitting for dinner or the 8pm sitting, we encourage you to arrive at The Plumicorn half an hour early to enjoy an aperitif.
Your Christmas Package includes a three course dinner this evening. We hope you enjoy the sensational à la carte menu put together by our Team of Chefs.

Wednesday 25th December 2024
Start as you mean to go on and raise a toast! Your delicious cooked breakfast with champagne is available from 8am to 10am. If you'd prefer a Breakfast Hamper delivered to your room, just let us know.
We recommend a gentle stroll around the estate after breakfast, to build up your appetite for the Festive Feast! Please make your way to The Plumicorn restaurant at 12.30pm for a 1pm sitting and delight in every morsel of this exquisite five course celebration menu.
If you have any room left later in the evening, head over to our Grazing Station; loaded with naughty nibbles, satisfying snacks and fabulously festive treats, the Grazing Station is available from 7pm to 8pm.
Boxing Day
Thursday 26th December 2024
We hope that you will cherish every moment of your festive break. We invite you to start Boxing Day with a Champagne Breakfast in The Plumicorn, served 8am – 10am. If you'd prefer a Continental Breakfast Hamper delivered to your room, just let us know.
Perhaps you'll take some time out today to peacefully soak up the winter wonderland that surrounds you or rediscover simpler pleasure by making use of the traditional board games you'll find in your room.
Your extraordinarily delicious Boxing Day Lunch is served from 1pm – 3pm and is sure to keep everyone in the Christmas spirit.
We hope you'll join us in the evening for a Boxing Day BBQ with live entertainment. BBQ served from 7pm to 8pm inside The Plumicorn.
Fond Farewells
Friday 27th December 2024
Enjoy a decadent cooked breakfast in The Plumicorn, served 8am to 10am before heading home.
We're honoured that you've chosen to spend Christmas at The Tawny and we're sure it will be a fond farewell as you leave with warm wishes for the New Year and a firm resolve to come back to The Tawny!

Prices for our Christmas package start at £1,700, based on 2 people sharing a room.
Q - How do I book?
A - Click Book Now and enter 24th December 2024 as your check-in date and 27th December 2024 at your check-out date and you'll be able to view and book the Christmas Package online.
Q - Are drinks included?
A - Drinks are not included, with the exception of your welcome drink upon arrival and a glass of champagne at breakfast on both Christmas morning and Boxing Day morning.
Q - What time is check-in on Christmas Eve?
A - Check in is from 3pm.
Q - Are children welcome?
A - Of course! Our Family Rooms sleep 4, they feature one kingsize bed and two single beds in an adjoining room. Amend your guest number to 3 or 4 to view pricing and availability for our family rooms.
Q - Can we bring our dog?
A - Our Lookouts and Glade Huts are dog friendly, however, please be aware that dogs are not allowed inside The Plumicorn Restaurant.
Q - Will the heated outdoor pool be in use?
A - The swimming pool will be open from 10am until 5pm throughout your stay. (Weather permitting.)
Q - Can I book a treatment?
A - No. Our treatment room will be closed throughout the Christmas Package.
Q - Can we get room service?
A - Room Service will not be available throughout the Christmas Package dates. Thank you for your understanding.
