Sunday to Thursday / March to June 2026

Experience a True Taste of The Tawny with 8 course tasting menu, and complimentary bottle of English Sparkling on arrival.

The Plumicorn offers a variety of sublime dishes to be savoured and enjoyed, dunked and demolished. Our Executive Head Chef's passion for the bounty of Staffordshire and its artisan food producers is evident, whilst our sumptuous wine selection is sure to delight.

This also includes use of our heated outdoor pool, free Wi-FI around the hotel, private William Holland Spa Bath and free car parking.
