Experience deep focus and relaxation, with a private guided yoga session, surrounded by the beauty of nature, in the heart of the gardens.

Choose from 3 types of private yoga class for you alone or your whole party, tailored to complement the stunning surroundings at The Tawny.

The private yoga sessions are 60 minutes, priced at £60.

If you cancel your session less than 48 hours from when it is due to start, full payment will be required.


1. Rest & Restore

Roll out your mat in the comfort of your own lodge or in the beautiful garden landscape for this gentle Hatha Yoga practice.

No previous experience needed as you will be fully guided through breathing exercises to centre and calm, postures to ease out tension and create space within, and a relaxation to leave you feeling realigned and calm.


2. Energise & Emerge

A flowing Yoga practice that aims to work out tension and tightness from the body and lead you to a sense of balance within.

Join Natalie on the mat either from your lodge or surrounded by the beauty of nature in the garden.

This practice is for those with experience of Yoga as we energise the body through pranayama, asana and mudra and nourish the emotions and mind through meditation.

3. Family Flow

Family Yoga is great fun and a lovely way to bond and enrich communication and creativity as a whole.

Expect partner poses, lots of laughs and a space to relax together.

Suitable for children from 3 - 12 years old and their adults.

These sessions will take place in The Arbor within The Tawny's grounds; there's plenty of space to stretch and the views are spectacular.
