You're on holiday... let our chefs come to you and show you what the Big Green Egg is capable of!
Choosing from; tender cuts of locally sourced meat, responsibly sourced fish, sensational sides and super-charged salads, you'll select your perfect BBQ menu, then sit back and enjoy the smoke and sizzle, before tucking in.

Nordic Dining
Let our chefs come to you.
Using coal-fired planchas for that unmistakable chargrilled smokiness, they'll cook up a Nordic inspired feast.
Using only the best locally sourced produce, they'll prepare a truly memorable al fresco meal, enjoyed at your Fledgling property.

A relaxed and hearty meal to enjoy together.
Let our incredible team deliver your choice of plated starters and desserts, together with a professionally prepared main course bake for you to finish off in the oven and serve up when you're ready.
Think incredible cottage pie, lasagne, chicken tray bakes and more, lovingly prepared and made by our chef, with the finest ingredients.

Afternoon Tea
Indulge and enjoy this quintessentially English experience in the comfort of your Fledgling.
Afternoon Tea includes tea and coffee, a selection of dainty sandwiches, sweet bakes and scones with clotted cream and jam.
