Eligibility
The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of The Tawny Hotel, its affiliates, and their immediate families. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Competition Period
The competition opens on 24th September 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 14th October 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

How to Enter
Entrants must follow the instructions provided on the competition page to enter. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Prize Details
The winner will receive a one-night stay for two people in a Retreat Room at The Tawny on a bed and breakfast basis.

• • Maximum occupancy: 2 people.
  • The room is not dog-friendly.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email on 16th October 2024 by The Tawny. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, The Tawny reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up or withdraw the prize.

Prize Redemption
The winner must book a stay at The tawny with a check-in date before 31st December 2025. Reservations are subject to availability.

Discount Code
All entrants will receive a 10% discount code for a stay at The Tawny Hotel.

• The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
• The discount applies to stays with a check-in date prior to 31st December 2025.

Data Protection
By entering the competition, you agree that The Tawny Hotel may use your email address to contact you regarding your entry.

Liability
The Tawny will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from entrants’ participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

General
The Tawny hotel reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
