Herb Hollow
Our on-site working garden is packed with seasonal goodness. From fragrant herbs to edible blooms, our little Herb Hollow helps supply our chefs with the freshest garnishes and ingredients, straight from plot to plate. Located right next to our Plumicorn Restaurant, be sure to take a peak when visiting us.

At the heart of The Tawny Hotel’s sprawling estate, The Plumicorn restaurant is housed in a striking contemporary structure with a soaring glass frontage overlooking the impressive gardens and lakes. Inside, the design is bright, floral and contemporary with service delivered in a suitably informal brasserie style. The kitchen delivers finely tuned dishes with well-thought-out flavour profiles and there’s plenty of vegetarian or vegan options.
