Cote Hill Blue - (V) (Unpasteurised) cheese from Lincolnshire, England. Known for its creamy, buttery texture and natural, edible rind, it features a delicate yet complex flavour profile, balancing a mellow creaminess with a distinct, subtle peppery blue bite

Dorstone - (V) (Pasteurised) Herefordshire Goats Cheese known for its snowy-white, "mousse-like" texture, it has a bright, lemony, and slightly yogurty flavour

Winterdale - (Unpasteurised) Cheddar-style cheese from Kent, England, matured for at least six months in North Downs chalk caves. It offers a firm, creamy texture with clean, nutty, and savory-sweet flavors, often described as having notes of grass, hazelnut, and a gentle tang.
