Lincolnshire Poacher Double Barrel (V) - An artisan cheddar-style cheese made on the eastern edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Poacher has an earthy and powerful taste that is nuttier than a mature cheddar with overtones of an aged alpine cheese.
Solstice (V) - This voluptuous semi-soft cheese from the legendary White Lake dairy owes much of its character to the use of rich, creamy Guernsey milk.
Bath Blue (V) - From the Bath Soft Cheese Company Graham Padfield makes this classic blue veined semi hard cheese from organic cow’s milk following an old recipe dating back to the 18th Century.
Blanche (V) - Who knew a log of goats’ cheese could be so darn sexy? Sporting a wrinkly alabaster coat, underneath which lies a smooth paste that is delicate and creamy
