Choosing from; tender cuts of locally sourced meat, responsibly sourced fish, sensational sides and super-charged salads, you'll select your perfect BBQ menu, then sit back and enjoy the smoke and sizzle, before tucking in.

Heartwood Feast
Inspired by the surrounding countryside, our chefs will conjure a rustic feast showcasing the finest local, organic ingredients. Traditional country fayre reimagined; enjoy dishes that celebrate the English countryside and its bounty at this tantalising al fresco experience.
Laden with foliage, fresh fragrant herbs and lit by candlelight, your dining table will reflect the majesty of the encircling trees.
