Cote Hill Blue (unpasteurised) (V) - A blue cheese that has a wonderful balance between the rich creaminess of the milk and peppery bite from the P.Roquefortii mould.

It matures from a slightly chalky centre to a creamy, sometimes runny texture.

Blanche (unpasteurised)(V) - A British homage to the iconic goats’ cheeses of the Loire Valley, this sensuous little raw milk cheese sports a wrinkly alabaster coat, beneath which lies a mousse-like paste that is as white as snow. At two weeks old, there’s a perfumed aroma of dark forest honey on the nose, which carries over in the final flavour.

Double Barrel Poacher (unpasteurised) - An artisan cheddar-style cheese made on the eastern edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Poacher has an earthy and powerful taste that is nuttier than a mature cheddar with overtones of an aged alpine cheese. Deep pungent pineapple notes distinguish it from other cheddars. 

Hereford Top (pasteurised)(V) - A Semi – Firm cheese with a sharp engaging almost citrus, buttery flavour. Liberally coated with dried Hereford hops which impart a rich toasty flavour to the cheese.
