Barkham Blue (pasteurised) (V) - Crafted from milk sourced from Guernsey cows, deep golden interior marbled with dark blue-green veins offers a rich blue taste and smooth, buttery texture.
Ashlynn (V) (pasteurised) - Made by George Bramham at Cheese Cellar Dairy in Evesham, french style goats cheese made with ash helping break down the curd slightly, becoming softer with more of a savoury taste profile.
Pitchfork (V) (unpasteurised)- Full bodied dense and nutty Cheddar from Trethowan’s in Somerset, with a juicy bite and creamy texture that rolls around the mouth.
Yarlington Tart (V) (pasteurised) - Bright and milky cheese from King Stone Dairy, with sticky cider-washed rind giving way to a silky and yielding centre.

Bringing Your Dog?
Your dog is welcome to sit with you at the outside terrace (weather permitting) or the bar area of The Plumicorn.
Please be aware that the bar area has sofas with low tables, and taller tables with bar-stools.
Dogs are not allowed in the main restaurant (except guide dogs.)
